What we collect

When you apply, we collect the details you submit, including your name, contact details, university information, answers, and any CV you attach. If you sign up for workshop reminders, we collect your email address, your selected site language, and the signup date.

Why we use it

We use application details to review applications and manage participation. Reminder addresses are used only to notify you when registration opens for new MISology Academy workshops. We do not sell this information.

CV files

CV files are stored privately and are accessible only to authorised MISology reviewers. We aim to delete them within six months unless a longer period is needed for an active programme or a legal requirement.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or remove your email from workshop reminders, by emailing MISologyAcademy@outlook.com.
